Highland Woods is a small and exclusive Lake Tahoe community featuring an attractive mountain setting that includes stunning mountain views unobstructed by power lines and a scenic open meadow. Highland Woods is nearby Stateline casinos, shopping and other entertainment, as well as the world-class ski resort, Heavenly Valley. There are not a lot of homes that come up for sale in the Highland Woods area, so the sales can often be quick, especially if the homes are priced well. As you travel along Lake Tahoe Blvd from the ‘Y’ toward Al Tahoe, Highland Woods is hidden along the left side of Lake Tahoe Blvd. You will turn left into a neighborhood of manicured lawns and charming homes within walking distance of a gorgeous meadow.
